Abusing the beame.io Network

Our mission is to provide secure connectivity, and we want the beame.io Network to be useful and safe for users.

We do not allow usage of Beame.io services for:

  • Malicious or unwanted software. Malicious software or "malware" that may harm or gain unauthorized access to a computer, device, or network (Examples: computer viruses, ransomware, worms, trojan horses, rootkits, keyloggers, dialers, spyware, rogue security software, and other malicious programs or apps)

  • Distribution of spam, child pornography, abusive, defamatory or obscene material

  • Hosting or promotion of criminal or terroristic content or illegal activities of any kind, including but not limited to, violations of intellectual property rights or privacy rights of Beame.io or any third party

  • Interference with Beame.io in any manner that affects other Beame.io users.

 

If we become aware that any of the conditions provided in this license is violated, we are allowed to revoke the respective certificate, along with its parent, up to, and including, the corresponding L0 certificate without prior notice. Also, the emails used for registration of such certificate and its parent up to L0 will be added to the list of restricted users, and IP addresses used may be blacklisted from Beame access lists.
